A briefing “Ata zan – mangilik eldin berik tugyry!” was held on the basis of military unit 5516 of the National Guard of the Kazakhstan Republic for the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Kazakhstan Republic within the framework of the “Adil Kogam” project, on August 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m
The briefing was held in several stages with the participation of conscripts of military unit 5516 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The first stage was accompanied by video footage telling about the idea of constitutionalism in Kazakhstan, whose origins go back centuries, starting from the code of the 15th - 18th centuries "Kasym Khannyn Kaska Zholy" ("The Bright Path of Kasym Khan"), "Yesim Khannyn Yeski Zholy" ("The Ancient Path of Yesim Khan") and "Zheti Zhargy" (seven codes) of Tauke Khan.
The second stage - an exhibition block with archival documents and photographs, reveals the history of the constitutional development of Kazakhstan, numbering five written Constitutions, including the current one - the Constitution of 1995, which consists of 9 sections and 99 articles. During the briefing, issues of honor, justice and dignity were discussed, and the excursionists also revealed the secrets of the “black box” and received sweet prizes.
