The Temirtau City Museum hosted a coaching training event "Professions of the Past and Present," to commemorate Labor Day and the Year of Working Professions on September 24, 2025.
During the coaching training, participants were invited to visit four different zones:
Cab Driver - Driver
Laundress - Dry Cleaning Technician
Herbalist - Nurse
Shoe Shine - Shoe Technician
In each zone, participants completed interactive tasks to acquire their first professional skills: washing and ironing linen using a ruler and washboard, weaving a whip, learning to administer injections and apply bandages, recognizing dry cleaning markings and road signs, learning to shine shoes, and identifying shoe models.
To immerse visitors in the event's theme, exhibition blocks were created at various locations, displaying artifacts and historical photographs for each profession, providing an overview of past and present professions.
