The Temirtau city’s Museum opened the exhibition "Rainbow of Talents" featuring creative works by students of the art department of the G. Zhubanova Children's Art School on May 29, 2026.
Since 2002, the museum's Exhibition Hall has hosted an annual final exhibition. Graduates display their diploma and academic projects in drawing, painting, composition, and proof copies of artists' works.
The exhibition featured 93 works, distinguished by a variety of techniques, genres, and materials. Portraits, still lifes, and narrative paintings were created using oil painting, gouache, acrylic, academic graphics, and pencil, as well as creative drawings using markers.
Decorative and applied arts, including knitting, collages, stained glass, mosaics, appliqués, and woven rugs, are also widely represented.
Every year, the exhibition is highlighted by sculptures made from artistic plasticine. The students chose themes for their compositions based on their own interests. Many chose fairytale and mythical characters, while others created narrative compositions.
The graduation theses for the 2025-2026 academic year were completed under the supervision of the following teachers: E. E. Bogza, A. Ya. Sotnik, A. Amantai, Yu. V. Soloviev, I. Ya. Pak, E. V. Melkhanova, and E. S. Karyagina.
