The Temirtau Museum presents for public viewing a part of its huge collection of periodicals, which includes copies of newspapers and magazines from the beginning of the 20th century.

For the first time, we gave visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of historical events in the country and in the city of Temirtau through the pages of printed publications from different eras: the period of the Russian Empire, the era of repression and stagnation, the era of perestroika and the formation of Kazakhstan's independence. You can see publications covering such events as the debunking of Stalin's personality cult, the flight and death of the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the launch of the first Kazakhstan blast furnace, the activities of the Nevada-Semipalatinsk movement, etc.

In addition, visitors to the exhibition were able to note how the design and layout of newspapers changed over the decades, what announcements and advertisements were published at different times. There is something to think about and laugh about!

Each section of the exhibition is designed as an interactive photo zone corresponding to a historical era. In the photo zone, visitors can take a memorable photo.
