The Temirtau city’s Museum presented a traveling exhibition on the central square of the city of Birlik "National costume as a cultural asset" as part of the celebration of Nauryz,on March 22, 2022,
The exhibition was located in a yurt, where costumes were displayed that were recreated and reconstructed thanks to the project "History of National Costume" - this is a Kazakh men's costume (early 20th century), a Kazakh costume of an elderly, married and young woman (early 20th century), women's national costume Uzbek and Tatar.
The entire ensemble of costumes was complemented by unique, rare stock items: a men's belt kise, a bride's headdress saukele, kamcha, Uzbek duppa, a girl's hat - borik, winter men's boots, Tatar handmade shoes.
In the central part of the exhibition there was a photo zone - a stylized cart with a set of masks of famous Kazakh personalities, including musicians, singers, artists, which you could try on and take a photo of.
The exhibition was open for 6 hours
