The Temirtau Museum  hosted the opening of the exhibition of Karaganda Region Artists Union members "Territory of Equals" on May 21, 2025

For the second year in a row, professional artists of the city of Karaganda present their work in the spring. 16 famous eminent authors, who have a long exhibition path behind them.
This exhibition has become traditional. It is not tied to a specific theme, which gives the authors freedom of expression. All genres of fine art are presented here - portrait, landscape, still life, as well as narrative paintings.
The canvases created in a symbolic and metaphorical key are especially interesting, distinguished by the boldness of their plots, originality of execution and professionalism.
The exhibition presents remarkable abstract interior compositions in a completely unexpected color scheme and execution, which uses a wide range of materials, techniques and methods.
It is necessary to note the interest in decorative and applied art. In these works, along with traditional materials, modern ones are also used - plastic polymaterials. The theme of these works is cosmogonic, and the execution is abstractly stylized.
