The Temirtau city Museum hosted the opening of a solo exhibition "A Picture Woven by Fate" by Mustafina Khainisa- a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to International Women's Day on March 8 on March 6, 2026.
Mustafina Khainisa Rakhimzhanovna is a member of the Union of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the Artists Union of the Kazakhstan Republic. She graduated from the Gogol Art School and received a higher education at the Almaty Theater and Art Institute, specializing in theater design.
Since 2001, she has been the chief artist of the Temirtau City Museum. In 2014, she was awarded the "Best Artist of the Year" prize by the regional Department of Culture.
As an artist, Khainisa presented her works in her signature technique – graphics. These range from the classic monochrome black and white of her early works to colored pastels. Recently, she has been creating mixed-media paintings. The artist uses simple cardboard as a base. Using various materials at hand—colored threads, yarn, pieces of fabric with ethnic patterns, leather—she creates a three-dimensional composition, incorporating artistic and technical techniques, that reflects the national aesthetic and traditional Kazakh character.
Female figures dominate her paintings, from a young girl to a wise, life-experienced mother. Each image celebrates love, admiration, pride, and respect.
Her works are profound in their narrative. Historical events, Kazakh customs, and the diversity of cultural traditions are recreated on a small sheet of paper. All of this makes the exhibition rich and multifaceted.
