The Temirtau city’s Museum held an event in the format of a museum get-together called "Syr Sandyk" as part of the "Dastur Men Guryp" project on March 16, 2026.

In Kazakh culture, chests traditionally held great significance- they were used to store the most valuable things: dowries, family heirlooms, and documents. Therefore, the phrase "Syr Sandyk" carries a deep symbolic meaning, emphasizing not just a secret, but one that is carefully guarded and significant.

For the event, an exhibition block was created in the "Unity of the People of Kazakhstan" hall, displaying items of the material and spiritual culture of the Kazakh people.

The theme of the crafts: "Zerger kooltanbasy" (The Gift of the Motherland).

At the museum gathering, girls were presented with ornaments: өңіржиек, белбеу, қапсырма, құдағи жүзік, білезік. These ornaments have special meaning and preserve traditions passed down from generation to generation.

During the event, the girls engaged in warm, intimate conversations. They revealed the secrets of құдағи жүзік,кемер белбеу, қапсырма, өңіржиек, and more. The event, attended by girls from School No. 10 in Temirtau city, took place in an atmosphere of beauty, respect for tradition, and spiritual continuity.
